ENDOV ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein endonuclease V, which is encoded by the ENDOV gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported endoribonuclease that specifically cleaves inosine-containing RNAs: cleaves RNA at the second phosphodiester bond 3' to inosine. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 282 residues, a mass of 30.8 kDa, and is a member of the Endonuclease V protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as 7 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include hEndoV and inosine-specific endoribonuclease.
There are ENDOV ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
