These CD89 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of CD89 in biological samples. CD89 is an alias of the human FCAR gene, which encodes the protein, Fc alpha receptor. Notably, CD89 is known to play a role in the cellular response to lipopolysaccharides and TNF-mediated cellular signaling pathways, among other functions. The FCAR protein is 287 amino acid residues in length and 32.3 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 11 protein isoforms have been identified. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and is secreted. This protein is known to be glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include CTB-61M7.2.
Some CD89 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 7.8125 pg/mL and as high as 8125 pg/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
