These CD282 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of CD282 in biological samples. CD282 is an alias of the human TLR2 gene, which encodes the protein, toll like receptor 2. Notably, CD282 is known to play a role in the apoptotic pathway and viral immune response, among other functions. The TLR2 protein is described to be 784 amino acid residues in length and 89.8 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cytoplasmic vesicles and membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be highly expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes, in particular in monocytes, in bone marrow, lymph node and in spleen. This protein is known to be glycosylated and ubiquitinated. Other names for this target antigen include TIL4.
The detection range for different CD282 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 156 pg/mL and as high as 10000 pg/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
