These CD266 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of CD266 in biological samples. CD266 is an alias of the human TNFRSF12A gene, which encodes the protein, TNF receptor superfamily member 12A. Notably, CD266 is known to play a role in angiogenesis and the apoptotic pathway, among other functions. The TNFRSF12A protein is 129 amino acid residues in length and 13.9 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be highly expressed in heart, placenta and kidney. Other names for this target antigen include FN14.
There are CD266 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 102.2 pg/mL and as high as 80 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
