These RUBICON ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of RUBICON in biological samples. RUBICON is an alias of the human RUBCN gene, which encodes the protein, rubicon autophagy regulator. Notably, RUBICON is known to play a role in autophagy pathways and endocytosis, among other functions. The RUBCN protein is 972 amino acid residues in length and 108.6 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 3 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the lysosomes of the cell. Other names for this target antigen include KIAA0226 and SCAR15.
Some RUBICON ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.31 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
