CLEC18C ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein C-type lectin domain family 18 member C, which is encoded by the CLEC18C gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to bind polysaccharidesin a Ca(2+)-independent manner with a preferentially binding to fucoidan, beta-glucans and galactans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 446 residues and a mass of 49.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the ER, golgi, and is secreted and is notably expressed in peripheral blood cells. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include mannose receptor-like 3 and mannose receptor-like protein 3.
Some CLEC18C ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
