SYT13 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein synaptotagmin 13, which is encoded by the SYT13 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is suspected to be involved in transport vesicle docking to the plasma membrane. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 426 residues, a mass of 46.9 kDa, and is a member of the Synaptotagmin protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane and is reported to be expressed in the brain, pancreas and kidney. Other alias names for this target include synaptotagmin XIII and sytXIII.
Some SYT13 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 10 ng/L and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
