FHOD1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein formin homology 2 domain containing 1, which is encoded by the FHOD1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be required for the assembly of F-actin structures, such as stress fibers. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1164 residues, a mass of 126.6 kDa, and is a member of the Formin homology protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include FH1/FH2 domain-containing protein 1, formin homolog overexpressed in spleen 1, and FHOS.
Some FHOD1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
