These GILZ ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of GILZ in biological samples. GILZ is an alias of the human TSC22D3 gene, which encodes the protein, TSC22 domain family member 3. Notably, GILZ is known to play a role in the regulation of transcription, among other functions. The TSC22D3 protein is 134 amino acid residues in length and 14.8 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 3 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in the brain, lung, spleen and skeletal muscle. Other names for this target antigen include DIP and DSIPI.
The detection range for different GILZ ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
