SOSTDC1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein sclerostin domain containing 1, which is encoded by the SOSTDC1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is suspected to be involved in the onset of endometrial receptivity for implantation/sensitization for the decidual cell reaction Enhances Wnt signaling and inhibits TGF-beta signaling (By similarity). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 206 residues, a mass of 23.3 kDa, and is a member of the Sclerostin protein family. It is known to be secreted and is reported to be highly expressed in kidney and weakly in the lung. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include DAND7, ECTODIN, USAG1, sclerostin domain-containing protein 1, cystine-knot containing secreted protein, and CDA019.
Some SOSTDC1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 3 ng/L and as high as 40 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
