RUFY3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RUN and FYVE domain containing 3, which is encoded by the RUFY3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to play a role in in the generation of neuronal polarity formation and axon growth (By similarity). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 469 residues and a mass of 53 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles and cytoplasm and is notably expressed in gastric cancer cells and tissues. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include SINGAR1, ZFYVE30, protein RUFY3, rap2 interacting protein x, single axon-regulated protein, and RIPX.
Some RUFY3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
