MYO1C ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein myosin IC, which is encoded by the MYO1C gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in chromatin remodeling and the regulation of cell migration. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1063 residues, a mass of 121.7 kDa, and is a member of the Myosin protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus, cytoplasmic vesicles, and cytoplasm. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include MMIb, MyoIC, NMI, myr2, unconventional myosin-Ic, myosin-I beta, nuclear myosin I, and MMI-beta.
Some MYO1C ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
