PRRG4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein proline rich and Gla domain 4, which is encoded by the PRRG4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to control axon guidance across the CNS. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 226 residues, a mass of 25.4 kDa, and is a member of the Commissureless protein family. It is known to be localized in the ER and cell membrane and is reported to be widely expressed with highest levels in kidney. Other alias names for this target include proline rich Gla (G-carboxyglutamic acid) 4 (transmembrane), proline-rich Gla protein 4, proline-rich gamma-carboxyglutamic acid protein 4, and transmembrane gamma-carboxyglutamic acid protein 4.
Some PRRG4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.625 ng/mL and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
