The following Envoplakin ELISA kits are useful research tools for the measurement of envoplakin in biological samples. In humans this protein is encoded by the EVPL gene. This protein is a known component of the cornified envelope of keratinocytes. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 2033 residues, a mass of 231.6 kDa, and is a member of the Plakin or cytolinker protein family. Its subcellular location is known to be in the cell junctions and cytoplasm. In addition, it is notably expressed in stratified squamous epithelia. This protein may also be known as 210 kDa cornified envelope precursor protein, 210 kDa paraneoplastic pemphigus antigen, and EVPK.
Some envoplakin ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.15 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Use the search filters to narrow your search and click on the ELISA kits below for more detailed information, such as reactivity and assay sensitivity.
