REP15 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RAB15 effector protein, which is encoded by the REP15 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to regulate transferrin receptor recycling from the endocytic recycling compartment. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 236 residues and a mass of 26.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the endosome.
There are REP15 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
