RTL1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein retrotransposon Gag like 1, which is encoded by the RTL1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to play an important role in capillaries endothelial cells for the maintenance of feto-maternal interface and for development of the placenta. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1358 residues and a mass of 155 kDa. It is known to be localized in the membrane. Other alias names for this target include Sushi-Ichi retrotransposon homolog 2, mammalian retrotransposon derived protein 1, mammalian retrotransposon-derived 1, paternally expressed 11, and retrotransposon-like protein 1.
Some RTL1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
