MORF4L2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein mortality factor 4 like 2, which is encoded by the MORF4L2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the NuA4 histone acetyltransferase complex which is involved in transcriptional activation of select genes principally by acetylation of nucleosomal histone H4 and H2A. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 288 residues and a mass of 32.3 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. Other alias names for this target include MRGX, mortality factor 4-like protein 2, MORF-related gene X protein, MSL3-2 protein, protein MSL3-2, and MORFL2.
Some MORF4L2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
