N6AMT1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein N-6 adenine-specific DNA methyltransferase 1, which is encoded by the N6AMT1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported methyltransferase that can methylate proteins and, to a lower extent, arsenic. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 214 residues, a mass of 23 kDa, and is a member of the Eukaryotic/archaeal PrmC-related protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is found to be widely expressed, with highest expression in parathyroid and pituitary glands, followed by adrenal gland and kidney, and lowest expression in leukocytes and mammary gland. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include HEMK2, KMT9, MTQ2, N6AMT, PRED28, PrmC, m.HsaHemK2P, and C21orf127.
There are N6AMT1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.62 ng/mL and as high as 40 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
