LRIT1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein leucine rich repeat, Ig-like and transmembrane domains 1, which is encoded by the LRIT1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is suspected to have a role in phototransduction. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 623 residues and a mass of 68 kDa. It is known to be localized in the ER. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include LRRC21, PAL, leucine-rich repeat, immunoglobulin-like domain and transmembrane domain-containing protein 1, and FIGLER9.
There are LRIT1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
