CAPRIN2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein caprin family member 2, which is encoded by the CAPRIN2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to promote phosphorylation of the Wnt coreceptor LRP6, leading to increased activity of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1127 residues, a mass of 125.9 kDa, and is a member of the Caprin protein family. It is known to be localized in the mitochondria and cytoplasm and is notably expressed in all tissues tested with highest levels of expression in the brain and spleen. As many as 9 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include RNA granule protein 140, cytoplasmic activation/proliferation-associated protein 2, gastric cancer multidrug resistance-associated protein, and C1q domain-containing protein 1.
There are CAPRIN2 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
