ATP8B4 ELISA Kits

ATP8B4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ATPase phospholipid transporting 8B4 (putative), which is encoded by the ATP8B4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the P4-ATPase flippase complex which catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled to the transport of aminophospholipids from the outer to the inner leaflet of various membranes and ensures the maintenance of asymmetric distribution of phospholipids. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1192 residues, a mass of 135.9 kDa, and is a member of the Cation transport ATPase (P-type) (TC 3.A.3) protein family. It is known to be localized in the golgi and cell membrane and is found to be widely expressed at moderate levels. Other alias names for this target include ATPase, class I, type 8B, member 4, P4-ATPase flippase complex alpha subunit ATP8B4, potential phospholipid-transporting ATPase IM, and probable phospholipid-transporting ATPase IM.

Some ATP8B4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
