GLCCI1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein glucocorticoid induced 1, which is encoded by the GLCCI1 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 547 residues and a mass of 58 kDa. It is reported to be highly expressed in the lung, spleen, thymus and testis and, at lower levels, in the brain, bone marrow, peripheral leukocytes, skin and trachea. Other alias names for this target include glucocorticoid-induced transcript 1 protein and glucocorticoid induced transcript 1.
Some GLCCI1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
