FGFBP2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein fibroblast growth factor binding protein 2, which is encoded by the FGFBP2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cell to cell signaling. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 223 residues, a mass of 24.6 kDa, and is a member of the Fibroblast growth factor-binding protein family. It is known to be secreted and is reported to be expressed in serum, peripheral leukocytes and cytotoxic T-lymphocytes, but not in granulocytes and monocytes. Other alias names for this target include FGF-binding protein 2, HBp17-RP, HBp17-related protein, and 37 kDa killer-specific secretory protein.
Some FGFBP2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
