CNOT10 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 10, which is encoded by the CNOT10 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the CCR4-NOT complex which is one of the major cellular mRNA deadenylases and is linked to various cellular processes including bulk mRNA degradation, miRNA-mediated repression, translational repression during translational initiation and general transcription regulation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 744 residues, a mass of 82.3 kDa, and is a member of the CNOT10 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as 6 protein isoforms have been reported.
There are CNOT10 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
