ADAMTSL4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ADAMTS like 4, which is encoded by the ADAMTSL4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a positive regulation of apoptosis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1074 residues and a mass of 116.5 kDa. It is known to be localized in the extracellular matrix and is secreted and is reported to be expressed in colon, heart, leukocyte, liver, lung, skeletal muscle, spleen, testis and placenta. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated. The ADAMTSL4 gene has been associated with the disease, Ectopia lentis. Other alias names for this target include TSRC1, ADAMTS-like protein 4, thrombospondin repeat-containing protein 1, and ECTOL2.
There are ADAMTSL4 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.05 ng/mL and as high as 200 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
