FGR ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein FGR proto-oncogene, Src family tyrosine kinase, which is encoded by the FGR gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cell differentiation and innate immune responses. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 529 residues, a mass of 59.5 kDa, and is a member of the Tyr protein kinase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane, mitochondria, and cytoplasm and is notably expressed in neutrophils, monocytes and natural killer cells. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include c-fgr, c-src2, p55-Fgr, p55c-fgr, p58-Fgr, p58c-fgr, tyrosine-protein kinase Fgr, and SRC2.
The detection range for different FGR ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
