RNLS ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein renalase, FAD dependent amine oxidase, which is encoded by the RNLS gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to catalyze the oxidation of the less abundant 1,2-dihydro-beta-NAD(P) and 1,6-dihydro-beta-NAD(P) to form beta-NAD(P)(+). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 342 residues, a mass of 37.8 kDa, and is a member of the Renalase protein family. It is known to be secreted. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include RENALASE, MAO-C, alpha-NAD(P)H oxidase/anomerase, monoamine oxidase-C, and C10orf59.
The detection range for different RNLS ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 15.6 pg/mL and as high as 40 µg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
