GIMAP6 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein GTPase, IMAP family member 6, which is encoded by the GIMAP6 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 292 residues, a mass of 32.9 kDa, and is a member of the AIG1/Toc34/Toc159-like paraseptin GTPase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is reported to be highly expressed in spleen, lymph nodes, lung and placenta. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include immune associated nucleotide 6, immune-associated nucleotide-binding protein 6, and immune associated nucleotide 2.
Some GIMAP6 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
