CHTOP ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein chromatin target of PRMT1, which is encoded by the CHTOP gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to play an important role in the ligand-dependent activation of estrogen receptor target genes. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 248 residues and a mass of 26.4 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is reported to be expressed in an erythroid progenitor cell line derived from peripheral blood. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally methylated. Other alias names for this target include C1orf77, FL-SRAG, FOP, SRAG, SRAG-3, SRAG-5, pp7704, and C10orf77.
Some CHTOP ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
