PARP4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase family member 4, which is encoded by the PARP4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported Mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase that mediates mono-ADP-ribosylation of target proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1724 residues, a mass of 192.6 kDa, and is a member of the ARTD/PARP protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be widely expressed, the highest levels are in the kidney; also detected in heart, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, spleen, leukocytes and pancreas. Other alias names for this target include ARTD4, PARPL, PH5P, VAULT3, VPARP, VWA5C, p193, and ADPRTL1.
There are PARP4 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 31.25 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
