HRAS ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein HRas proto-oncogene, GTPase, which is encoded by the HRAS gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be involved in activation of Ras protein signal transduction. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 189 residues, a mass of 21.3 kDa, and is a member of the Ras protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane, golgi, and cytoplasm and is widely expressed across many tissue types. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated, palmitoylated, acetylated and glycosylated. The HRAS gene has been associated with the disease, Costello syndrome. Other alias names for this target include C-H-RAS, C-HA-RAS1, CTLO, H-RASIDX, HAMSV, HRAS1, RASH1, and C-BAS/HAS.
Some HRAS ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 6 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
