ALPG ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein alkaline phosphatase, germ cell, which is encoded by the ALPG gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be an alkaline phosphatase that can hydrolyze various phosphate compounds. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 532 residues, a mass of 57.4 kDa, and is a member of the Alkaline phosphatase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include ALPPL2, GCAP, alkaline phosphatase, germ cell type, ALP-1, Nagao isozyme, and ALPPL.
Some ALPG ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.31 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
