RXRG ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein retinoid X receptor gamma, which is encoded by the RXRG gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for retinoic acid. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 463 residues, a mass of 50.9 kDa, and is a member of the Nuclear hormone receptor protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in aortic endothelial cells. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally acetylated. Other alias names for this target include RXR-gamma, RXRC, RXRgamma, retinoic acid receptor RXR-gamma, nuclear receptor subfamily 2 group B member 3, and NR2B3.
Some RXRG ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 30 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
