SH3BP2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SH3 domain binding protein 2, which is encoded by the SH3BP2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to bind differentially to the SH3 domains of certain proteins of signal transduction pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 561 residues and a mass of 62.2 kDa. It is reported to be expressed in a variety of tissues including lung, liver, skeletal muscle, kidney and pancreas. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. The SH3BP2 gene has been associated with the disease, Cherubism. Other alias names for this target include 3BP2, CRBM, CRPM, RES4-23, Abl-SH3 binding protein 2, epididymis secretory sperm binding protein, and 3BP-2.
Some SH3BP2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
