ENOSF1 ELISA Kits

ENOSF1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein enolase superfamily member 1, which is encoded by the ENOSF1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to play a role in in the catabolism of L-fucose, a sugar that is part of the carbohydrates that are attached to cellular glycoproteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 443 residues, a mass of 49.8 kDa, and is a member of the Mandelate racemase/muconate lactonizing enzyme protein family. It is known to be localized in the mitochondria. As many as 7 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally sumoylated. The ENOSF1 gene has been associated with the disease, Dyskeratosis congenita. Other alias names for this target include L-fuconate dehydratase, antisense RNA to thymidylate synthase, and mitochondrial enolase superfamily member 1.

The detection range for different ENOSF1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
