NFIL3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein nuclear factor, interleukin 3 regulated, which is encoded by the NFIL3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to act as a transcriptional regulator that recognizes and binds to the sequence 5'-[GA]TTA[CT]GTAA[CT]-3', a sequence present in many cellular and viral promoters. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 462 residues, a mass of 51.5 kDa, and is a member of the BZIP protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is reported to be expressed in bladder stomach, thyroid, spinal cord, lymph node, trachea, adrenal gland, bone marrow and muscle. Other alias names for this target include IL3BP1, NF-IL3A, NFIL3A, nuclear factor interleukin-3-regulated protein, E4 promoter-binding protein 4, and E4BP4.
There are NFIL3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 31.25 pg/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
