GIMAP8 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein GTPase, IMAP family member 8, which is encoded by the GIMAP8 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 665 residues, a mass of 74.9 kDa, and is a member of the AIG1/Toc34/Toc159-like paraseptin GTPase protein family. It is known to be localized in the mitochondria, ER, golgi, and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in the spleen, intestine, liver, and colon, as well as in the lung, placenta, kidney, muscle, and heart. Other alias names for this target include human immune associated nucleotide 6 and immune-associated nucleotide-binding protein 9.
There are GIMAP8 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
