TOP1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein DNA topoisomerase I, which is encoded by the TOP1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in chromatin remodeling and DNA replication. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 765 residues, a mass of 90.7 kDa, and is a member of the Type IB topoisomerase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally sumoylated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include DNA topoisomerase 1, Scl-70 antigen, topoisomerase (DNA) I, type I DNA topoisomerase, and TOPI.
There are TOP1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 20 ng/L and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
