SOS1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SOS Ras/Rac guanine nucleotide exchange factor 1, which is encoded by the SOS1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to promote the exchange of Ras-bound GDP by GTP. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1333 residues and a mass of 152.5 kDa. It is reported to be expressed in gingival tissues. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. The SOS1 gene has been associated with the disease, Fibromatosis. Other alias names for this target include GGF1, GINGF, HGF, NS4, son of sevenless homolog 1, and GF1.
Some SOS1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
