ENO3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein enolase 3, which is encoded by the ENO3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a glycolytic enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of 2-phosphoglycerate to phosphoenolpyruvate. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 434 residues, a mass of 47 kDa, and is a member of the Enolase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The ENO3 gene has been associated with the disease, Glycogen storage disease. Other alias names for this target include MSE, beta-enolase, 2-phospho-D-glycerate hydrolyase, enolase 3 (beta, muscle), muscle enriched enolase, and GSD13.
Some ENO3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15.6 pg/mL and as high as 90 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
