CLEC2D ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein C-type lectin domain family 2 member D, which is encoded by the CLEC2D gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for KLRB1 that protects target cells against natural killer cell-mediated lysis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 191 residues and a mass of 21.8 kDa. It is known to be localized in the ER and cell membrane and is notably expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes, osteoblasts, lymph node, thymus and spleen. As many as 6 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include LLT1, OCIL, C-type lectin related f, C-type lectin superfamily 2, member D, LLT-1, and CLAX.
Some CLEC2D ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 20 ng/L and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
