RUSF1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RUS family member 1, which is encoded by the RUSF1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to inhibit PIK3C3 activity; under basal conditions negatively regulates PI3K complex II (PI3KC3-C2) function in autophagy. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 468 residues and a mass of 51 kDa. It is known to be localized in the membrane. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include RUS1 homolog, UPF0420 protein C16orf58, root UVB sensitivity, and RUS1 family protein C16orf58.
Some RUSF1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
