GFUS ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein GDP-L-fucose synthase, which is encoded by the GFUS gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to catalyze the two-step NADP-dependent conversion of GDP-4-dehydro-6-deoxy-D-mannose to GDP-fucose, involving an epimerase and a reductase reaction. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 321 residues, a mass of 35.9 kDa, and is a member of the NAD(P)-dependent epimerase/dehydratase protein family. Other alias names for this target include P35B, SDR4E1, TSTA3, 3-5 epimerase/4-reductase, GDP-4-keto-6-deoxy-D-mannose epimerase-reductase, and FX.
Some GFUS ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
