Its subcellular location is known to be in the cell membrane. In addition, it is reported to have testis-specific expression. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. In certain instances, it is also post-translationally O-glycosylated. This protein may also be known as ecto-ADP-ribosyltransferase 3, ADP-ribosyltransferase C2 and C3 toxin-like 3, NAD(P)(+)--arginine ADP-ribosyltransferase 3, mono(ADP-ribosyl)transferase 3, mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase, and ARTC3.
