RTF1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RTF1 homolog, Paf1/RNA polymerase II complex component, which is encoded by the RTF1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the PAF1 complex (PAF1C) which has multiple functions during transcription by RNA polymerase II and is implicated in regulation of development and maintenance of embryonic stem cell pluripotency. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 710 residues and a mass of 80.3 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. Other alias names for this target include KIAA0252, RNA polymerase-associated protein RTF1 homolog, Rtf1, Paf1/RNA polymerase II complex component, homolog, ortholog of mouse gene trap locus 7, and GTL7.
There are Rtf1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 5000 pg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
