H2BC1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein H2B clustered histone 1, which is encoded by the H2BC1 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 127 residues, a mass of 14.2 kDa, and is a member of the Histone H2B protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is reported to be mainly expressed in testis, and the corresponding protein is also present in mature sperm. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally methylated, ubiquitinated, acetylated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include H2B histone family, member U, (testis-specific), histone 1, H2ba, histone H2B, testis, histone cluster 1 H2B family member a, histone cluster 1, H2ba, and histone H2B type 1-A.
There are H2BC1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 25 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
