NFYC ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein nuclear transcription factor Y subunit gamma, which is encoded by the NFYC gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the sequence-specific heterotrimeric transcription factor (NF-Y) which specifically recognizes a 5'-CCAAT-3' box motif found in the promoters of its target genes. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 458 residues, a mass of 50.3 kDa, and is a member of the NFYC/HAP5 subunit protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. As many as 7 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include CBFC, H1TF2A, HAP5, HSM, CAAT box DNA-binding protein subunit C, and CBF-C.
Some NFYC ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 62.5 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
