CLEC4C ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein C-type lectin domain family 4 member C, which is encoded by the CLEC4C gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in adaptive immune responses. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 213 residues and a mass of 25 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in plasmacytoid dendritic cells (PDCs). As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include C-type (calcium dependent, carbohydrate-recognition domain) lectin, superfamily member 7, C-type lectin superfamily member 7, and C-type (calcium dependent, carbohydrate-recognition domain) lectin, superfamily member 11.
Some CLEC4C ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15.6 pg/mL and as high as 200 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
