ENTR1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein endosome associated trafficking regulator 1, which is encoded by the ENTR1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be an endosome-associated protein that plays a role in membrane receptor sorting, cytokinesis and ciliogenesis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 435 residues, a mass of 48 kDa, and is a member of the ENTR1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in the colon. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include SDCCAG3, SDDAG3, antigen NY-CO-3, serologically defined colon cancer antigen 3, and NY-CO-3.
There are ENTR1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 31.25 pg/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
