These ATP5O ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of ATP5O in biological samples. ATP5O is an alias of the human ATP5PO gene, which encodes the protein, ATP synthase peripheral stalk subunit OSCP. The ATP5PO protein is described to be 213 amino acid residues in length and 23.3 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the mitochondria of the cell. This protein is known to be acetylated. Other names for this target antigen include ATPO.
There are ATP5O ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
